Commercial locksmith work is very diverse. There are grade 1 and grade 2 locks and hardware, grade 1 being the best. Each brand usually makes both grades. Most brands make knoblocks, leverhandles, deadbolts, mortise locks, and exit devices (panic bars) in several functions including entry, storeroom, and classroom. I work with each of these either repairing, installing, replacing, rekeying, or master keying.
